We weren’t planning on buying a house. One morning we woke up and looked on Zillow for the heck of it and found the perfect home. We decided we wanted to check it out, and after reaching out to Teri out of the blue, we were meeting her at the house 2 hours later. Fast forward 48 hours and we were under contract for under the asking price.
